C\u2019est dire \u00e0 quel point ce mod\u00e8le \u00e9tait attendu par la marque bavaroise. Et pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr de plaire au plus grand monde \u2013 et donc de cartonner en voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0? \u2013, BMW l\u2019a dessin\u00e9e en prenant moins de risques qu\u2019avec la S\u00e9rie 7, qu\u2019on trouve plus \u00ab\u00a0tape \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153il\u00a0\u00bb et plus clivante, notamment avec son \u00e9norme calandre. Ici, cette S\u00e9rie 5 \u00e9volue sagement. L\u2019espace pour les passagers arri\u00e8re est remarquable. Ce n\u2019est pas si \u00e9tonnant car cette nouvelle S\u00e9rie 5 d\u00e9passe les 5 m\u00e8tres\u00a0de long (5.060 mm)\u00a0! Mais ce qu\u2019on appr\u00e9cie encore plus \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re, c\u2019est de pouvoir mettre ses pieds sous les si\u00e8ges avant, ce qui est tr\u00e8s rare dans le monde des voitures \u00e9lectriques. Pour commencer, la marque a pouss\u00e9 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de conduite semi-autonome encore d\u2019un cran. Mais inutile de s\u2019attarder sur ce sujet car, en Europe, seule l\u2019Allemagne (pour l\u2019instant), pourra en profiter. Ensuite, gr\u00e2ce aux jeux vid\u00e9o int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, le temps pass\u00e9 \u00e0 la borne de recharge rapide semblera moins long. La grande premi\u00e8re est que le syst\u00e8me est capable de se relier \u00e0 n&rsquo;importe quel smartphone pour l\u2019utiliser comme manette. Sympa. Ainsi, une fois arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 la borne, il devient inutile d\u2019utiliser une carte ou une app\u2019. Tout se fait automatiquement\u00a0! De quoi gagner du temps. \u00c0 ce propos, la recharge jusqu\u2019\u00e0 205 kW n\u00e9cessite 30 minutes pour gagner de 10 \u00e0 80% de batterie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une 3<sup>e<\/sup> version \u00e9lectrique arrivera en 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sur la route, nous avons jet\u00e9 notre d\u00e9volu sur l\u2019i5 eDrive40, \u00e0 simple moteur animant les roues arri\u00e8re et d\u00e9veloppant 340 chevaux. Si cette version fait tout bien, elle se d\u00e9marque particuli\u00e8rement par le confort qu\u2019elle procure \u00e0 ses passagers. Pour le c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9mesur\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, BMW propose la version M60 xDrive, transmission int\u00e9grale et donc 2 moteurs. Les 601 chevaux vous emm\u00e8nent de 0 \u00e0 100 km\/h en 3,8 secondes mais, \u00e0 quel prix\u00a0? 109.300 \u20ac TVAC\u00a0! L\u2019an prochain, une version interm\u00e9diaire de l\u2019i5 arrivera au catalogue en quatre roues motrices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bilan fleet <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Disponible sous les 61.000 \u20ac HTVA, la BMW i5 eDrive40 n\u2019est pas la moins ch\u00e8re. Avec une autonomie comprise entre 497 et 582 km, elle n\u2019est pas non plus celle qui vous emm\u00e8nera le plus loin. Bien que ses performances offrent d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u2019excellentes sensations, l\u2019i5 n\u2019est pas non plus la plus rapide de son segment.
