La Commission \u00e9conomique des Nations Unies pour l\u2019Europe a donc d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le nouveau protocole WLTP. Alors que l\u2019ancien test NEDC d\u00e9terminait des valeurs bas\u00e9es sur un profil de conduite th\u00e9orique, le cycle WLTP a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de donn\u00e9es de conduite r\u00e9elle, recueillies dans le monde entier. Le WLTP repr\u00e9sente donc mieux les profils de conduite quotidiens, mais il est toujours mesur\u00e9 en laboratoire. Le WLTP a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 dans le but d\u2019\u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme un cycle d\u2019essai global dans diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions du monde, afin que les \u00e9missions de polluants et de CO2&nbsp;ainsi que les valeurs de consommation de carburant soient comparables dans le monde entier. Toutefois, bien que le WLTP ait un \u00abnoyau\u00bb mondial commun, l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne et d\u2019autres r\u00e9gions appliqueront le test de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res en fonction de leur l\u00e9gislation en mati\u00e8re de circulation routi\u00e8re et de leurs besoins. En ce qui concerne l\u2019Europe, la phase de transition comprenant la pleine application de la l\u00e9gislation nationale est toujours en cours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impact \u00e0 prendre en compte<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En comparant l\u2019ancienne et la nouvelle norme, c\u2019est comme si vous mesuriez la temp\u00e9rature en Celsius ou en Fahrenheit. Du point de vue des \u00e9quipementiers, la demande de la Commission europ\u00e9enne de fixer leur taux d\u2019\u00e9missions de CO2&nbsp;pour les nouveaux v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 95 g de CO22&nbsp;en 2020, a \u00e9galement d\u00e9clench\u00e9 de nouvelles strat\u00e9gies pour \u00e9viter des p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s s\u00e9v\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.link2fleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/wltp.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1215576\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re p\u00e9riode d\u2019attentisme, les op\u00e9rateurs de flotte ont finalement commenc\u00e9 en 2019 \u00e0 prendre des contre-mesures qui se sont traduites par les activit\u00e9s suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Revoir le march\u00e9 OEM, tirer parti des marques offrant la meilleure ad\u00e9quation avec la strat\u00e9gie de leur future politique automobile, en \u00e9quilibrant la vision du groupe motopropulseur, la solution de mobilit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9volution technologique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Revoir l\u2019offre des loueurs, car selon les marques, mod\u00e8les ou motorisations choisis, la valeur r\u00e9siduelle jouera un r\u00f4le majeur sur le devis ainsi que la consommation \u00ab plus r\u00e9aliste \u00bb mesur\u00e9e par le WLTP. Le monde de la location et de l\u2019offre \u00e9volue rapidement, ce qui signifie que les entreprises doivent trouver le bon partenaire offrant la flexibilit\u00e9, la meilleure valeur marchande \u00e0 long terme, des solutions de mobilit\u00e9 et des outils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Maintenir la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise en red\u00e9finissant la politique automobile, en s\u2019assurant que le package RH, qui inclut la flotte, reste attractif, tout en maintenant la partie \u00e9conomique dans la gestion du TCO en cons\u00e9quence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Adopter (en partie) une approche de mobilit\u00e9, y compris en fusionnant d\u2019autres services avec le package fleet. L\u2019inclusion des transports publics, les programmes de covoiturage, les incitations au travail \u00e0 domicile repr\u00e9sentent quelques-unes des offres de mobilit\u00e9 les plus utilis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Agir autour de leur programme de RSE (Responsabilit\u00e9 Sociale des Entreprises) o\u00f9 l\u2019environnement est un des principaux piliers qui guide leurs initiatives vertes globales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pas de recette miracle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Compte tenu du niveau de complexit\u00e9 qui affecte les responsables fleet ces jours-ci, il n\u2019y a pas de \u00ab recette \u00bb g\u00e9n\u00e9rale sur la fa\u00e7on de se d\u00e9placer.
