Et,&nbsp;plus fort encore,&nbsp;Qteal&nbsp;fonctionne&nbsp;sans patrons, ni managers.&nbsp;De cette fa\u00e7on,&nbsp;les travailleurs&nbsp;sont oblig\u00e9s de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une auto-\u00e9valuation honn\u00eate et permanente. Ensuite, les coll\u00e8gues \u00e9valuent, accompagnent et d\u00e9cident.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.link2fleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Qteal_case-study_58.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.link2fleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Qteal_case-study_58-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1256598\" width=\"309\" height=\"205\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018Salaire\u2019&nbsp;n\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs pas la d\u00e9nomination appropri\u00e9e, on parle plut\u00f4t de&nbsp;\u2018Total Package&nbsp;Cost\u2019&nbsp;par collaborateur,&nbsp;soit un montant en euros qui couvre tous les frais li\u00e9s \u00e0 son emploi et l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de sa fonction.&nbsp;Ce pack ne pr\u00e9voit pas n\u00e9cessairement une voiture,&nbsp;comme c\u2019est pourtant habituellement le cas&nbsp;dans le secteur ICT.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qteal&nbsp;a consciemment fait table rase des recettes classiques pour partir de la proverbiale page blanche.&nbsp;\u201cLes RH ne font pas partie du&nbsp;core-business&nbsp;et il n\u2019y a d\u00e8s lors pas de d\u00e9partement RH\u201d,&nbsp;poursuit&nbsp;Jan Van&nbsp;Lishout. \u201cIl n\u2019y a pas d\u2019imprimantes, pas d\u2019e-mails qui sont remplac\u00e9s par une plateforme IT commune o\u00f9 tout est partag\u00e9.&nbsp;Les banques, assurances, fiduciaires, avocats et aussi les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de leasing n\u2019ont d\u2019ailleurs pas compris cette transparence ni le travail&nbsp;paperless.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:46px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9pondre\u00a0aux\u00a0besoins de mobilit\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.link2fleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Qteal_case-study_15.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.link2fleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Qteal_case-study_15-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1256600\" width=\"316\" height=\"210\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que le&nbsp;\u2018Total Package&nbsp;Cost\u2019&nbsp;ne pr\u00e9voie&nbsp;pas une voiture par collaborateur,&nbsp;Jan Van&nbsp;Lishout&nbsp;est bien conscient des besoins en mobilit\u00e9 de chacun de ses collaborateurs.&nbsp;\u201cLes besoins r\u00e9els sont identifi\u00e9s et&nbsp;nous nous effor\u00e7ons d\u2019y r\u00e9pondre\u201d,&nbsp;clarifie-t-il.&nbsp;\u201cNous v\u00e9rifions pour chacun des membres de notre personnel quelle&nbsp;serait&nbsp;la formule id\u00e9ale pour effectuer&nbsp;les d\u00e9placements domicile-lieu de travail, quels sont les d\u00e9placements professionnels attendus de par la fonction exerc\u00e9e, quels d\u00e9placements priv\u00e9s il\/elle s\u2019attend \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser,&nbsp;et,&nbsp;enfin,&nbsp;comment envisagent-ils&nbsp;leur mobilit\u00e9 pendant les vacances.&nbsp;En bref, les besoins de&nbsp;mobilit\u00e9 sont&nbsp;mis \u00e0 nu&nbsp;\u00e0 partir de la&nbsp;vraie&nbsp;vie du consommateur de mobilit\u00e9, qui ensuite,&nbsp;op\u00e8re lui-m\u00eame ses choix&nbsp;! \u201d&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En principe, il n\u2019y a pas de voiture assign\u00e9e \u00e0 des personnes sp\u00e9cifiquement, mais bien s\u00fbr voitures il y a&nbsp;:&nbsp;16,&nbsp;dont&nbsp;4 hybrides et&nbsp;PHEV. \u201cQteal&nbsp;a mis en place une sorte de syst\u00e8me de voitures partag\u00e9es\u201d,&nbsp;explique&nbsp;Jan Van&nbsp;Lishout. \u201cIl s\u2019agit d\u2019une formule de location interne avec refacturation des co\u00fbts&nbsp;par journ\u00e9e utilis\u00e9e vers le&nbsp;\u2018Total Package&nbsp;Cost\u2019&nbsp;de chaque utilisateur.&nbsp;Apr\u00e8s deux ans, nous en sommes arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9server deux grandes berlines dans le pool pour les vacances.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce syst\u00e8me de location interne est la concr\u00e9tisation d\u2019une des valeurs de&nbsp;Qteal&nbsp;:&nbsp;\u2018ownership\u2019.&nbsp;Le partage des voitures est aussi un stimulant pour les rendre&nbsp;en bon \u00e9tat&nbsp;apr\u00e8s utilisation. L\u2019objectif est de limiter le nombre de kilom\u00e8tres parcourus \u00e0&nbsp;\u2264 30.000 par&nbsp;an.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:43px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Budget mobilit\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.link2fleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Qteal_case-study_28-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.link2fleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Qteal_case-study_28-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1256602\" width=\"321\" height=\"214\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Le&nbsp;\u2018Total Package&nbsp;Cost\u2019 par collaborateur&nbsp;Qteal&nbsp;inclut&nbsp;tous les co\u00fbts de la mobilit\u00e9,&nbsp;qui sont identifi\u00e9s comme un budget de mobilit\u00e9 interne.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLe budget de mobilit\u00e9 est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 sur base du&nbsp;TCO&nbsp;d\u2019une voiture de leasing type pour un d\u00e9butant\u201d,&nbsp;explique&nbsp;Jan Van&nbsp;Lishout. \u201cLa soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de leasing&nbsp;Alphabet&nbsp;nous a accompagn\u00e9s&nbsp;dans notre vision et,&nbsp;via ce partenaire,&nbsp;nous travaillons avec la carte de mobilit\u00e9&nbsp;XXImo.&nbsp;Le budget de mobilit\u00e9 de chaque collaborateur est inscrit en tranches mensuelles sur la carte de mobilit\u00e9. Si \u00e0 la fin du&nbsp;mois, il y a un surplus, il devient&nbsp;la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 du collaborateur.\u201d&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si un collaborateur est amen\u00e9&nbsp;pour une p\u00e9riode d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 effectuer des d\u00e9placements plus longs que pr\u00e9vu, le budget de mobilit\u00e9 peut \u00eatre temporairement revu \u00e0 la hausse et sera imput\u00e9 au projet concern\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le choix de ce mode de fonctionnement n\u2019est pas rest\u00e9 sans cons\u00e9quence\u2026&nbsp;Alphabet&nbsp;n\u2019\u00e9tait pas habitu\u00e9 \u00e0 relier la carte de mobilit\u00e9 \u00e0 une personne et non \u00e0 un v\u00e9hicule, comme c\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9vidence avec une carte carburant. Il&nbsp;est cependant possible qu\u2019un collaborateur de&nbsp;Qteal&nbsp;ne fasse pas usage d\u2019une voiture pendant un mois,&nbsp;mais effectue ses d\u00e9placements&nbsp;avec d\u2019autres modes de transport. Les travailleurs sont en principe domicili\u00e9s dans un rayon de 30 km&nbsp;par rapport \u00e0&nbsp;nos bureaux.&nbsp;La formule de la carte de mobilit\u00e9 a eu pour effet que les travailleurs recherchent les stations-service les plus avantageuses, conduisent plus sobrement pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un surplus plus cons\u00e9quent \u00e0 la fin du mois.&nbsp;\u201cAu&nbsp;d\u00e9part, nous avons re\u00e7u des cartes carburant avec des remises bas\u00e9es sur le volume\u201d,&nbsp;se souvient&nbsp;Jan Van&nbsp;Lishout. \u201cMais cette proposition ne cadrait pas du tout avec notre objectif qui est de parcourir moins de kilom\u00e8tres en voiture et de polluer moins.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vision&nbsp;Qteal&nbsp;met encore davantage de lacunes en \u00e9vidence. Ainsi, la carte de mobilit\u00e9&nbsp;XXImo&nbsp;ne propose,&nbsp;pas&nbsp;loin de l\u00e0,&nbsp;tout ce qui est n\u00e9cessaire pour obtenir une flexibilit\u00e9 totale en mati\u00e8re de mobilit\u00e9, raison pour laquelle des r\u00e9affectations des co\u00fbts mensuels s\u2019av\u00e8rent souvent n\u00e9cessaires.&nbsp;Le fait de pouvoir faire le plein d\u2019essence ou de diesel sur la carte de mobilit\u00e9 d\u2019une m\u00eame personne, et cela suite \u00e0 notre syst\u00e8me interne de partage de voitures, a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 des discussions avec la comptabilit\u00e9.&nbsp;\u201cLe fisc nous impose de d\u00e9clarer avec pr\u00e9cision le nombre de kilom\u00e8tres parcourus en diesel ou en essence pour pouvoir&nbsp;calculer la d\u00e9ductibilit\u00e9 appropri\u00e9e\u201d,&nbsp;commente&nbsp;Jan Van&nbsp;Lishout. \u201cNous avons choisi d\u2019aligner la d\u00e9ductibilit\u00e9 pour les deux types de carburant, contraints et forc\u00e9s la plus basse, mais cette obligation ne correspond pas,&nbsp;et nous le regrettons,&nbsp;avec une de nos valeurs, l\u2019authenticit\u00e9.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deux composants diff\u00e9rents\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Budget de mobilit\u00e9 et&nbsp;\u2018salaire\u2019&nbsp;sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme deux composants diff\u00e9rents au sein du&nbsp;\u2018Total Package&nbsp;Cost\u2019.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cUn d\u00e9butant qui vient d\u2019achever ses \u00e9tudes avec un \u201cTotal Package&nbsp;Cost\u201d de 60.000 euros\/an y compris un budget&nbsp;de mobilit\u00e9&nbsp;mensuel de 800 euros a le loisir d\u2019opter pour une proportion diff\u00e9rente\u201d,&nbsp;indique&nbsp;Jan Van&nbsp;Lishout. \u201cChaque collaborateur peut choisir d\u2019augmenter son budget de mobilit\u00e9 avec comme cons\u00e9quence bien s\u00fbr un \u2018salaire\u2019 revu \u00e0 la baisse.&nbsp;Autre option&nbsp;:&nbsp;transf\u00e9rer l\u2019indexation du salaire vers le budget mobilit\u00e9. Pour autant que des accords clairs soient pris, y compris en concertation avec les partenaires sociaux, tout est possible.\u201d&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qteal&nbsp;a \u00e9galement introduit le v\u00e9lo de&nbsp;soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Cette option a cr\u00e9\u00e9&nbsp;de nouvelles exp\u00e9riences qui ont r\u00e9duit le nombre de kilom\u00e8tres parcourus en voiture&nbsp;et augment\u00e9&nbsp;le solde&nbsp;de la carte de mobilit\u00e9 personnelle.&nbsp;Celle-ci autorise aussi la combinaison entre l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un&nbsp;v\u00e9lo en leasing et d\u2019un v\u00e9lo partag\u00e9.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une vision de la mobilit\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.link2fleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Qteal_case-study_38.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.link2fleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Qteal_case-study_38-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1256604\" width=\"378\" height=\"251\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un avenir tr\u00e8s proche,&nbsp;Qteal&nbsp;entend mesurer les \u00e9missions r\u00e9elles de son parc de v\u00e9hicules et&nbsp;les r\u00e9duire.&nbsp;Jan Van&nbsp;Lishout&nbsp;:&nbsp;\u201cIl faut en finir avec les clich\u00e9s&nbsp;:&nbsp;une voiture qui \u00e9met&nbsp;150 g\/km&nbsp;de&nbsp;CO2&nbsp;est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme&nbsp;inacceptablement&nbsp;polluante, mais si celle-ci ne parcourt que&nbsp;10.000 km\/an, elle ne polluera pas plus qu\u2019une&nbsp;PHEV&nbsp;\u00e9mettant&nbsp;50 g\/km&nbsp;d\u2019\u00e9missions,&nbsp;mais parcourant 30.000 km par an.&nbsp;Qteal&nbsp;se veut \u00eatre authentique, c\u2019est pourquoi nous abaisserons les \u00e9missions de notre parc automobile dans sa totalit\u00e9 en nous basant sur la consommation r\u00e9elle des carburants fossiles.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNos ing\u00e9nieurs&nbsp;disposent tous d\u2019une certification\u201d,&nbsp;poursuit&nbsp;Jan Van&nbsp;Lishout. \u201cNous&nbsp;entendons que ce soit aussi le cas pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la mobilit\u00e9&nbsp;en certifiant aussi la conduite automobile via des formations dans une \u00e9cole de ma\u00eetrise automobile, ce qui est,&nbsp;en m\u00eame temps,&nbsp;une superbe activit\u00e9 de team building.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par&nbsp;Qteal&nbsp;sont r\u00e9partis selon une cl\u00e9, en l\u2019occurrence 20% pour les collaborateurs de l\u2019entreprise et 60% affect\u00e9s aux investissements dans des projets. Pour l\u2019heure, une proposition d\u2019investissement&nbsp;a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9e&nbsp;en faveur d\u2019une compensation CO2 via la pose de toits verts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jan Van\u00a0Lishout\u00a0conclut\u00a0:\u00a0\u201cNos\u00a0KPI\u00a0ne portent\u00a0pas sur les\u00a0b\u00e9n\u00e9fices r\u00e9alis\u00e9s.
