Cela aura forc\u00e9ment un impact sur notre chiffre d\u2019affaires. Les concessionnaires ont pu profiter de l\u2019arr\u00eat de leurs activit\u00e9s pour pr\u00e9parer les espaces \u00e0 ces nouvelles habitudes. Dimitri Gose&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Nous avons mis en place toutes les mesures n\u00e9cessaires pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de nos clients et de nos employ\u00e9s&nbsp;: plexiglas, marquages au sol, masques et gel mis \u00e0 disposition des clients, d\u00e9sinfection des v\u00e9hicules, affiches explicatives des consignes de fonctionnement, etc. Des plexiglas ont aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s dans les cellules de vente, les zones d\u2019attente pour les clients ont \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9nag\u00e9es et les si\u00e8ges espac\u00e9s pour respecter la distanciation physique&nbsp;\u00bb. Et puis, il y a aussi les habitudes qui vont devoir changer&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Durant la proc\u00e9dure de livraison, le vendeur ne se trouve plus dans la voiture avec son client. On utilise d\u00e9sormais le manuel d\u2019utilisation digital int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ordinateur de bord pour pr\u00e9senter les diff\u00e9rentes fonctionnalit\u00e9s aux clients qui prennent possession de leur v\u00e9hicule. De quoi faire appr\u00e9hender chez certains la reprise des activit\u00e9s. \u00ab&nbsp;Pour l\u2019apr\u00e8s-vente, nous n\u2019avons pas de crainte car les interventions qui devaient avoir lieu devront \u00eatre reprogramm\u00e9es. Sur le plan de la vente, c\u2019est un peu plus incertain, principalement pour le B2C. En B2B, il y avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 une r\u00e9flexion en cours sur la strat\u00e9gie de mobilit\u00e9 et celle-ci va forc\u00e9ment se poursuivre, voire s\u2019intensifier. Les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ont pu tester le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail en conditions r\u00e9elles et dans de nombreux cas, elles n\u2019ont pas vu d\u2019impact n\u00e9gatif sur la productivit\u00e9 de leur personnel. Elles seront donc peut-\u00eatre tent\u00e9es de poursuivre l\u2019exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 raison d\u20191 ou 2 jours\/semaine. Mais il faut encore tenir compte du fait que la situation que nous vivions n\u2019\u00e9tait pas une situation \u2018normale\u2019 et l\u2019\u00eatre humain a vite tendance \u00e0 reprendre ses bonnes vieilles habitudes&nbsp;\u00bb, conclut Dimitri Gose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.link2fleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/volvo_malcorps_10-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1257854\" width=\"298\" height=\"224\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Karel Baert ne pense pas que cette crise laissera un impact \u00e0 court terme pour les concessions, mais bien qu\u2019\u00e0 long-terme, la fiscalit\u00e9 avantageuse des voitures de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 risque d\u2019\u00eatre revue. Tandis que Timothy Vispoel d\u2019Imacar redoute un impact sur les ventes si la survie du pouvoir d\u2019achat de la population \u00e9tait menac\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, Raf Gielis (Toyota Beerens) estime plu\u00f4t que la voiture individuelle sortira gagnante de cette crise&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Les gens risquent de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer la voiture aux transports en commun pour son c\u00f4t\u00e9 plus s\u00e9curisant. Et quitte \u00e0 opter pour la voiture, ils se tourneront sans doute vers des motorisations plus vertes.
