Son exp\u00e9rience vari\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re de gestion comprend la strat\u00e9gie et l&rsquo;organisation, les ressources humaines, le d\u00e9veloppement commercial et la gestion des finances et des risques.<\/p>\n\n<p>Outre Tom Vlaminck, St\u00e9phane Soille (pr\u00e9sident) et Erik Maes (directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9s au conseil d&rsquo;administration de Renta Solutions. Ils si\u00e8geront \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des administrateurs actuels Jan Deknuydt et Tom Nuyts.\n\nLes mandats de Henri Jeandarme, Michel Van Den Broeck et Pietro Avanzini ont pris fin.
