Juste apr\u00e8s P\u00e2ques, on a toutefois assist\u00e9 \u00e0 une r\u00e9surgence des volumes. La demande en mazout de chauffage a aussi fortement augment\u00e9 suite \u00e0 la diminution des prix sur les march\u00e9s internationaux.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant cette p\u00e9riode, il n\u2019y a eu aucun probl\u00e8me d\u2019approvisionnement.&nbsp;Ni en termes de carburant ni en termes de produits pour nos stations&nbsp;Shop&amp;Go&nbsp;que nous exploitons avec nos partenaires Delhaize et Panos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>l2f:&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Quelles mesures avez-vous prises pour faire face&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B.M.:&nbsp;<\/strong>La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des collaborateurs de Q8, des op\u00e9rateurs et des clients a \u00e9t\u00e9 au centre de nos pr\u00e9occupations d\u00e8s le premier jour. Il est demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la majorit\u00e9 des collaborateurs de Q8 de travailler depuis leur domicile et de ne pas effectuer de d\u00e9placements. Notre usine de m\u00e9lange a quant \u00e0 elle continu\u00e9 \u00e0 fonctionner, avec toutes les r\u00e8gles de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires, \u00e9videmment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans nos magasins, toutes les mesures en mati\u00e8re d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et de distanciation sociale ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises directement.&nbsp;Nos clients en ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s sur place ainsi que par d&rsquo;autres canaux.&nbsp;De sorte qu&rsquo;un ravitaillement en carburant ou un achat rapide et s\u00fbr en boutique \u00e9tait toujours possible.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un point important \u00e9tait aussi de pouvoir payer son carburant via son smartphone avec Q8 mobile. Elles risquent donc de le poursuivre (en tout cas en partie)&nbsp;d\u00e8s la crise termin\u00e9e. Cela va&nbsp;signifier&nbsp;que les gens vont plut\u00f4t r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir au fait&nbsp;de savoir si&nbsp;un d\u00e9placement est vraiment n\u00e9cessaire. Dans le m\u00eame temps, ils vont d\u00e9laisser les transports en commun, o\u00f9 la distanciation sociale est plus difficile \u00e0 respecter. Il est donc encore difficile de d\u00e9terminer si demain il&nbsp;y aura moins de voitures sur nos routes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, nous esp\u00e9rons que nous pourrons mieux planifier nos&nbsp;d\u00e9placements&nbsp;et que les entreprises commenceront \u00e0 mieux y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir, en combinaison avec le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.&nbsp;Par exemple\u202f: faire du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail&nbsp;t\u00f4t le&nbsp;matin,&nbsp;puis se rendre au bureau dans le courant de la matin\u00e9e.&nbsp;Ou&nbsp;alors,&nbsp;arr\u00eater de travailler plus t\u00f4t l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi et&nbsp;le&nbsp;reprendre en soir\u00e9e \u00e0 la maison.
