Fin 2020, notre pays comptait environ 8.500 points de recharge accessibles au public, dont moins de 500 \u00e9taient des chargeurs rapides (d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 22 kW\/h). En d&rsquo;autres termes : notre pays dispose de 29 points de recharge rapide accessibles au public par 1.000 km2.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 titre de comparaison, Amsterdam compte plus de points de charge publics que l&rsquo;ensemble de la Belgique ! Dans l&rsquo;ensemble, les Pays-Bas disposent de 5 \u00e0 6 fois plus de chargeurs lents et rapides par habitant et par km2. Le Grand-Duch\u00e9 de Luxembourg compte \u00e9galement deux fois plus de chargeurs lents que la Belgique.<\/p>\n<p>Cette situation met \u00e0 mal le succ\u00e8s des voitures \u00e9lectriques et ce, juste au moment o\u00f9 les constructeurs automobiles choisissent de mani\u00e8re convaincante et ambitieuse la voie de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectromobilit\u00e9, et o\u00f9 la gamme de mod\u00e8les se d\u00e9veloppe remarquablement et rapidement. L&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat des clients augmente \u00e9galement de fa\u00e7on remarquable : sur toutes les nouvelles voitures immatricul\u00e9es cette ann\u00e9e, 12,7% sont rechargeables \u00e9lectriquement.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Le fait que la distance moyenne parcourue par les Belges n&rsquo;est que d&rsquo;environ 50 km par jour \u2013 ce qui peut \u00eatre couvert sans probl\u00e8me par n&rsquo;importe quelle voiture \u00e9lectrique \u2013 ne constitue pas une raison suffisante pour ne pas offrir aux automobilistes la possibilit\u00e9 de couvrir \u00e9galement sereinement des distances plus longues. Nous constatons par ailleurs que de nombreux utilisateurs de voitures \u00e9lectriques parcourent en moyenne un kilom\u00e9trage sup\u00e9rieur au nombre moyen de kilom\u00e8tres par an de l\u2019ensemble des automobilistes. Mais dans tous les cas, ce n&rsquo;est que lorsque chaque client potentiel sera convaincu qu&rsquo;il est possible, facile et \u00e9conomique de rouler \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 que ces voitures \u00e9lectriques sans \u00e9missions locales rencontreront le succ\u00e8s escompt\u00e9 et n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>Le secteur automobile a pris la responsabilit\u00e9 de permettre cette e-volution de la mobilit\u00e9. Maintenant, et sans plus attendre, des conditions essentielles telles que l&rsquo;infrastructure de chargement, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&rsquo;approvisionnement et l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 (verte) abordable doivent \u00eatre mises en \u0153uvre sans l\u2019ombre d\u2019une ambigu\u00eft\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Nous demandons au gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et aux 3 r\u00e9gions de prendre leurs responsabilit\u00e9s durant cette l\u00e9gislature pour \u00e9laborer ensemble un plan coh\u00e9rent avec des objectifs concrets pour le d\u00e9ploiement d&rsquo;un r\u00e9seau ad\u00e9quat de chargeurs semi-rapides (11\/22kW), rapides (50 kW) et ultra- rapides (150 kW) accessibles au public sur tout le territoire, afin que les consommateurs puissent rouler sans crainte \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ce plan r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la demande du secteur automobile, des organisations environnementales et des organisations de consommateurs, qui souhaitent des objectifs contraignants dans le cadre de la r\u00e9vision de la directive sur les infrastructures pour les carburants de substitution.
