Ce n&rsquo;est pas \u00e9tonnant, car il est bas\u00e9 sur le populaire XC40. L&#8217;empattement est le m\u00eame. Avec une longueur de 4,44 m\u00e8tres, la C40 est quelques centim\u00e8tres plus long que son jumeau, et ce en raison des parties redessin\u00e9es du pare-chocs. En termes d&rsquo;apparence, cependant, la grande diff\u00e9rence r\u00e9side dans la ligne de toit plus basse de six centim\u00e8tres et l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re inclin\u00e9 en forme de coup\u00e9, ce qui signifie que l&rsquo;espace de chargement est moins \u00e9lev\u00e9. Cependant, il y a une petite compensation, avec ce qu&rsquo;on appelle un frunk (coffre avant) de 31 litres, utile pour stocker un sac ou un attach\u00e9-case. Les quatre roues motrices sont de s\u00e9rie en raison des deux moteurs, chacun servant une paire de roues, et c&rsquo;est une bonne chose car avec autant de puissance, les performances sont impressionnantes. Lorsque l&rsquo;on voit la C40 avec son ext\u00e9rieur en damier, on ne pense pas qu&rsquo;un sprint de l&rsquo;arr\u00eat \u00e0 100 km\/h puisse se faire en un peu moins de cinq secondes. La plus utile des caract\u00e9ristiques de performance disponibles, cependant, est sans aucun doute l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration en douceur, qui aide \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer, \u00e0 d\u00e9passer et \u00e0 se sortir d&rsquo;une situation de trafic d\u00e9licate. Bien s\u00fbr, il n&rsquo;y a pas non plus de bruit de moteur. Le C40 est stable, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son centre de gravit\u00e9 bas, \u00e0 la bonne r\u00e9partition du poids entre l&rsquo;essieu avant et l&rsquo;essieu arri\u00e8re et aux quatre roues motrices. La suspension est assez souple, mais a du mal \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les bosses abruptes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bilan fleet: 3 ans d&rsquo;entretiens garantis<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1273111 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.link2fleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Volvo_C40_15-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dans un premier temps, la C40 Recharge Twin n&rsquo;\u00e9tait disponible qu&rsquo;en Launch Edition, avec un \u00e9quipement de s\u00e9rie solide comprenant un toit panoramique fixe, une carrosserie bicolore, des pneus \u00ab\u00a0toutes saisons\u00a0\u00bb (adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la neige) et l&rsquo;int\u00e9ressant syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage LED Pixell \u00e0 l&rsquo;avant. Ce syst\u00e8me vous permet de conduire avec les feux de route sans \u00e9blouir les autres. Les LED sont \u00e9teintes localement lorsqu&rsquo;une source lumineuse entrante est d\u00e9tect\u00e9e. De cette mani\u00e8re, il est possible de faire varier automatiquement l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 lumineuse d&rsquo;un maximum de 5 zones.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux moteurs \u00e9lectriques sont aliment\u00e9s par une batterie de 78 kWh qui se charge \u00e0 80 % en 40 minutes via un chargeur rapide. Avec un chargeur CA (11 kW), la charge prend 8 heures. Volvo mentionne une autonomie de 420 \u00e0 444 km. Nous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rons nous en tenir \u00e0 350 km.<\/p>\n<p>Volvo offre une garantie de 3 ans\/100 000 km. Il convient de noter que pendant cette p\u00e9riode, l&rsquo;entretien est gratuit, y compris le remplacement annuel des essuie-glaces et, si n\u00e9cessaire, le remplacement des plaquettes et des disques de frein. En ce qui concerne la batterie, la garantie est de 8 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le Benelux, un r\u00e9seau de 30 points de recharge rapide sera d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 chez les concessionnaires Volvo.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9dition de lancement co\u00fbte 62 150 \u20ac (51 363,64 \u20ac hors TVA). Une version avec un seul moteur est d\u00e9sormais aussi disponible.
