La possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;autoriser les moteurs thermiques avec ce que l&rsquo;on appelle les e-carburants n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 retenue dans la proposition. En pratique, cela signifie qu&rsquo;\u00e0 partir de 2035, les nouveaux v\u00e9hicules devront \u00eatre aliment\u00e9s exclusivement \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, mentionnons aussi que les grands constructeurs automobiles, dont Mercedes Benz et Ford, avaient eux-m\u00eames propos\u00e9, lors de la r\u00e9cente conf\u00e9rence mondiale sur le climat qui s&rsquo;est tenue \u00e0 Glasgow en novembre 2021, de ne plus fournir de nouveaux v\u00e9hicules \u00e9quip\u00e9s de moteurs \u00e0 combustion pour leurs principaux march\u00e9s d&rsquo;ici 2035. La Flandre, par le biais de son plan climatique, a mis sur la table une proposition visant \u00e0 n&rsquo;autoriser aucun nouveau v\u00e9hicule \u00e0 moteur \u00e0 combustion, y compris les hybrides rechargeables, d&rsquo;ici 2029.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-1280942\" src=\"https:\/\/www.link2fleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/pexels-eberhard-grossgasteiger-1743364-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le texte l\u00e9gislatif final visant \u00e0 interdire les moteurs thermiques dans les nouveaux v\u00e9hicules de l&rsquo;UE d&rsquo;ici 2035 doit encore \u00eatre approuv\u00e9 par les diff\u00e9rents \u00c9tats membres. L&rsquo;approbation compl\u00e8te n&rsquo;est pas encore certaine. Cependant, il est tr\u00e8s probable que le texte actuel passe tel quel et que les principes restent inchang\u00e9s. L&rsquo;objectif est que les \u00c9tats membres de l&rsquo;UE parviennent \u00e0 une version finale d&rsquo;ici la fin juin 2022. Hildegarde M\u00fcller, pr\u00e9sidente du groupe de pression de l&rsquo;industrie automobile allemande, a vivement critiqu\u00e9 la d\u00e9cision du Parlement europ\u00e9en, faisant valoir que l&rsquo;infrastructure de recharge sera insuffisante dans certains pays de l&rsquo;UE d&rsquo;ici 2025 et regrettant que les carburants neutres pour le climat aient \u00e9t\u00e9 exclus a priori. Afin de devancer ces critiques, les ministres des transports de l&rsquo;UE avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 conclu un accord \u00e0 Luxembourg, jeudi 2 juin 2022, concernant le d\u00e9veloppement des infrastructures de recharge. L&rsquo;objectif est d&rsquo;obliger les \u00c9tats membres de l&rsquo;UE, par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire de la Commission europ\u00e9enne, \u00e0 installer des stations de recharge rapide sur leurs autoroutes dans un rayon de 60 km, avec une capacit\u00e9 de recharge rapide minimale \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer d&rsquo;ici 2025. Toujours pour les camions, plusieurs propositions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es \u00e0 Luxembourg concernant les stations de ravitaillement en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et en hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 Strasbourg, il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 qu&rsquo;\u00e0 partir de 2025, les compagnies a\u00e9riennes devront acheter des droits d&rsquo;\u00e9mission, ce qui aura un impact sur le prix du billet. D&rsquo;autres objectifs climatiques du paquet \u00ab\u00a0Fit for 55\u00a0\u00bb seront \u00e9ventuellement mis en \u0153uvre avec un retard ou des modifications. Le 8 juin \u00e0 Strasbourg, les d\u00e9put\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens ne sont pas parvenus \u00e0 un accord sur la r\u00e9forme du syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9change de quotas d&rsquo;\u00e9mission.
