Dans lequel il y aura probablement moins d&rsquo;acteurs au travail, avec une baisse de l\u2019emploi. Ce n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessairement une mauvaise chose, mais cela exige de tous les acteurs du secteur qu&rsquo;ils s&rsquo;adaptent, innovent et se transforment.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est pourquoi la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration de la mobilit\u00e9 Mobia lance en septembre une nouvelle formation destin\u00e9e aux talents du secteur qui veulent contribuer \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner le changement. Toute personne qui a l&rsquo;ambition de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir au niveau de la direction aura un aper\u00e7u des derni\u00e8res tendances et \u00e9volutions de la mobilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pragmatique, orient\u00e9 vers l&rsquo;avenir<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nOutre des connaissances sur la durabilit\u00e9 et le comportement des consommateurs, les participants re\u00e7oivent \u00e9galement une formation en mati\u00e8re de comp\u00e9tences en leadership, de savoir-faire financier et de d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;une vision. Un programme complet qui les pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 un avenir durable dans le secteur.<\/p>\n<p>La formation est ax\u00e9e sur la pratique: les participants \u00e9laborent une vision d&rsquo;avenir pour leur propre soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s la formation, ils sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 apporter un souffle d\u2019air frais dans leur entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de la formation est entre les mains de l&rsquo;organisation partenaire Educam, qui offre depuis un certain temps d\u00e9j\u00e0 des formations dans le secteur automobile.
