Ce recul du marche\u0301 belge est le\u0301ge\u0300rement plus important que ne l&rsquo;est celui de la moyenne europe\u0301enne (-14%). Compare\u0301 avec les totaux du premier semestre de la dernie\u0300re anne\u0301e pre\u0301-Covid (2019), cette contraction s&rsquo;e\u0301le\u0300ve a\u0300 -37%.<\/p>\n<p>Lors du premier semestre 2022, le marche\u0301 belge a e\u0301te\u0301 principalement porte\u0301 par les clients professionnels (socie\u0301te\u0301s et inde\u0301pendants) qui, ensemble, ont immatricule\u0301 61,8% des voitures neuves, contre 38,1% pour les clients particuliers.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le me\u0302me temps, le marche\u0301 des voitures d\u2019occasion referme quant a\u0300 lui le premier semestre sur une contraction de -9,27% par rapport au premier semestre 2021. Rapporte\u0301 aux re\u0301sultats du premier semestre 2019, les re\u0301sultats de 2022 renseignent une diminution de -21,7%.<\/p>\n<p>Pour une voiture neuve immatricule\u0301e en 2019, 1,18 voiture d&rsquo;occasion e\u0301tait immatricule\u0301e dans le me\u0302me temps. A l&rsquo;issue des six premiers mois de 2022, ce ratio est de\u0301sormais de 1,31 voiture d&rsquo;occasion pour une voiture neuve.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.link2fleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Febiac-analyse-immat-par-motorisation-FR.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1282614 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.link2fleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Febiac-analyse-immat-par-motorisation-FR.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"279\" height=\"292\" \/><\/a>L\u2019e\u0301lectrification continue de gagner du terrain<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>23,5% des voitures neuves immatricule\u0301es sur l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019anne\u0301e 2021 e\u0301taient e\u0301quipe\u0301es d\u2019une motorisation e\u0301lectrifie\u0301e (soit entie\u0300rement e\u0301lectrique BEV, soit hybride rechargeable via une prise PHEV, soit hybride auto rechargeable HEV). Au terme du premier trimestre cette anne\u0301e, cette part e\u0301tait de\u0301ja\u0300 monte\u0301e a\u0300 31,3%. A l\u2019issue du premier semestre, elle s\u2019e\u0301tablit de\u0301sormais a\u0300 31,6% avec 15,4% pour la technologie PHEV, 8,8% pour la motorisation BEV et 7,4% pour la technologie HEV. Rappelons qu\u2019avant l\u2019apparition de la pande\u0301mie de Covid-19, les voitures e\u0301lectrifie\u0301es se contentaient d\u2019une part de marche\u0301 de 6,4% (fin 2019).<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Des 74.523 voitures neuves\u00a0immatricule\u0301es par les particuliers lors du premier semestre, 70,1% e\u0301taient e\u0301quipe\u0301es d\u2019une motorisation essence, 10,3% d\u2019une motorisation diesel et 18% d\u2019une motorisation e\u0301lectrifie\u0301e, avec une large pre\u0301fe\u0301rence pour la motorisation HEV qui, forte de ses 11%, de\u0301passe de\u0301sormais la motorisation diesel aupre\u0300s de cette cliente\u0300le.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.link2fleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Febiac-analyse-mix-energetique-par-proprietaire-FR.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1282616 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.link2fleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Febiac-analyse-mix-energetique-par-proprietaire-FR.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"295\" height=\"297\" \/><\/a>Des 120.864 voitures neuves immatricule\u0301es par les clients professionnels (socie\u0301te\u0301s et les inde\u0301pendants) durant le premier semestre, 37% e\u0301taient anime\u0301es par une motorisation essence et 22,7% par un moteur diesel, contre 40% pour les motorisations e\u0301lectrifie\u0301es, avec une large pre\u0301fe\u0301rence pour la solution PHEV (22,6%).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Le marche\u0301 des clients professionnels apparait comme davantage e\u0301quilibre\u0301 que celui des clients particuliers, et est aujourd\u2019hui de\u0301ja\u0300 domine\u0301 par les ve\u0301hicules e\u0301lectrifie\u0301s.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quand entreprise rime avec prise<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>La tendance de\u0301ja\u0300 observe\u0301e fin 2021 s\u2019est a\u0300 nouveau confirme\u0301e lors du premier semestre 2022 : les clients professionnels sont surrepre\u0301sente\u0301s dans les immatriculations de voitures rechargeables par une prise e\u0301lectrique. Ainsi, 85,6% des 17.187 BEV immatricule\u0301s entre le 1er janvier et le 30 juin 2022 l\u2019ont e\u0301te\u0301 par des socie\u0301te\u0301s et des inde\u0301pendants, tandis que 90,8% des 30.049 PHEV immatricule\u0301s durant cette me\u0302me pe\u0301riode l\u2019ont e\u0301galement e\u0301te\u0301 par des clients professionnels.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.link2fleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Febiac-analyse-repartition-par-type-de-motorisation-FR.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-1282618\" src=\"https:\/\/www.link2fleet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Febiac-analyse-repartition-par-type-de-motorisation-FR-300x207.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"316\" height=\"218\" \/><\/a>En matie\u0300re d\u2019e\u0301lectrification, les clients particuliers continuent de favoriser la technologie auto-rechargeable, puisque 56,6% des 14.446 HEV immatricule\u0301s lors du premier semestre l\u2019ont e\u0301te\u0301 par des particuliers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les Belges aiment toujours plus les SUV<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>S\u2019il faut en croire les re\u0301sultats du premier semestre, les automobilistes belges sont plus que jamais attache\u0301s aux SUV. Ceux-ci repre\u0301sentent de\u0301sormais plus d\u20191 voiture neuve sur 2 (50,8%) immatricule\u0301e en 2022 dans notre pays. Notons ne\u0301anmoins que ce sont principalement les SUV de taille moyenne (29,8% de parts de marche\u0301) et de petite taille (14,3%) qui sont privile\u0301gie\u0301s par les automobilistes belges, les grands SUV se limitant a\u0300 6,7% du marche\u0301.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Notons en outre que les voitures appartenant a\u0300 la cate\u0301gorie des \u00ab petites familiales \u00bb figurent au deuxie\u0300me rang des cate\u0301gories les plus prise\u0301es par les Belges, avec 15,2% de parts de marche\u0301.<br \/>\nPar ailleurs, la part de marche\u0301 de l\u2019ensemble des voitures de grande taille (SUV, Monospaces, Familiales et Breaks), selon la classification ope\u0301re\u0301e par FEBIAC, repre\u0301sente 16,4% du marche\u0301 lors du premier semestre 2022. Malgre\u0301 la popularite\u0301 croissante des SUV, ce re\u0301sultat reste infe\u0301rieur a\u0300 celui de 2017, lorsque les voitures de grande taille repre\u0301sentaient ensemble 17% du marche\u0301.
