TotalEnergies va installer des stations de recharge publiques dans le Brabant flamand et en Flandre occidentale. Electrabel, filiale d&rsquo;Engie, dans les trois autres provinces flamandes d&rsquo;Anvers, du Limbourg et de la Flandre orientale. Comme l&rsquo;appel d&rsquo;offres pr\u00e9voyait des tarifs maximums, les petits acteurs du march\u00e9 ont finalement d\u00fb abandonner. Deux grandes entreprises \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques fran\u00e7aises dominent d\u00e9sormais le futur paysage de l&rsquo;installation de bornes de recharge lente publiques en Flandre. Elles ont un solide bagage financier, ce qui ne doit pas \u00eatre sous-estim\u00e9 en ces temps incertains. La concession pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente avait \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9e \u00e0 Allego. Il peut donc y avoir une diff\u00e9rence de prix significative entre charger sa voiture de fonction dans une station de recharge avec plafonnement des prix en Flandre ou \u00e0 Bruxelles ou en Wallonie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sur base d&rsquo;informations r\u00e9centes, nous avons maintenant \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s des prix suivants par kWh d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 factur\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Allego<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prix maximum plafonn\u00e9 valable en 2022 pour les bornes de recharge publiques d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es par Allego pour le compte du gouvernement flamand entre 2016 et 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces stations de recharge ne permettent pas la recharge rapide.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">0,409 euro\/kWh pour un chargeur install\u00e9 en 2017<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">0,432 euro\/kWh pour un chargeur install\u00e9 en 2018<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">0,453 euro\/kWh pour un chargeur install\u00e9 en 2019<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">0,461 euro\/kWh pour un chargeur install\u00e9 en 2020<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Pour les autres bornes de recharge qui ne font pas partie du r\u00e9seau public flamand, Allego appliquera les tarifs ci-dessous \u00e0 partir du 7 octobre 2022 :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Chargeurs classiques \u00a0 \u00a0(AC 22kW)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 0,60 EUR\/ kWh<\/li>\n<li>Chargeurs rapides \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 (50kW)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 0,75 EUR\/ kWh<\/li>\n<li>Chargeurs ultra-rapides (&gt;50kW)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 : 0,85 EUR\/ kWh<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>TotalEnergie &amp; Engie-Electrabel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour les stations de recharge publiques, qui seront d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de septembre 2022 sous l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 du gouvernement flamand, le tarif de base d\u00e9pend des r\u00e9gions de transport (VVR) et de l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur choisi par r\u00e9gion. Le tableau ci-dessous indique les prix de recharge valables au d\u00e9but de la concession en septembre 2022. Le prix de la charge peut \u00eatre index\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 4 fois par an pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la fluctuation des prix de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Cela peut se traduire par des prix de recharge \u00e0 la fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s et plus bas pour les e-conducteurs. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fastned, cot\u00e9e \u00e0 Amsterdam, a eu un prix fixe pendant plusieurs ann\u00e9es mais a depuis subi 2 augmentations de prix. Fastned n&rsquo;est pas li\u00e9 par le plafond de prix flamand pour ses stations de recharge rapide en Flandre. Nous avons r\u00e9cemment re\u00e7u un aper\u00e7u de leurs prix actuels dans plusieurs pays europ\u00e9ens.\u00a0 Ceux qui souscrivent \u00e0 un abonnement (membre Gold) paient un prix plus bas par kWh. Fastned n&rsquo;exclut pas d&rsquo;autres augmentations de prix.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le tarif standard est maintenant de 0,83 \u20ac par kilowattheure (kWh) apr\u00e8s deux hausses de prix en Belgique.
