Bien s\u00fbr, on ne trouvera aucun V8 glougloutant sous son capot mais plut\u00f4t une motorisation \u00e9lectrique aphone. Mais tout cela ne l\u2019emp\u00eache pas d\u2019\u00eatre p\u00e9trie d\u2019autres qualit\u00e9s\u00a0! Et puis, la Mustang, la vraie, \u00e9tant loin d\u2019\u00eatre abandonn\u00e9e, une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration faisant m\u00eame son arriv\u00e9e, Ford aurait-il eu tort de surfer sur cette appellation mythique\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hautes performances<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ford d\u00e9veloppe ainsi la gamme de la Mustang Mach-E qui reprend quelques attributs de style mais aussi \u00e9videmment ce nom mythique. En ce compris, l\u2019acronyme GT que l\u2019on trouve tant sur la malle arri\u00e8re de la version thermique o\u00f9 il est synonyme de V8 que sur notre version \u00e9lectrique o\u00f9 il est synonyme de hautes performances.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, la Mustang Mach-E GT se place au sommet de la large gamme du SUV 100% \u00e9lectrique de Ford. Par rapport aux autres versions se diff\u00e9renciant par la taille de la batterie ou la puissance, la GT marque r\u00e9ellement le pas avec une cavalerie qui atteint les 487 chevaux. Concr\u00e8tement, deux moteurs permettent d\u2019atteindre cette puissance qui est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 une \u00e9norme valeur de couple\u00a0: 830 Nm. Cette valeur \u00e9tant disponible d\u00e8s les plus bas r\u00e9gimes et cette Mach-E GT disposant d\u2019une transmission int\u00e9grale, les acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations de 0 \u00e0 100 km\/h s\u2019av\u00e8rent ultra-rapides\u00a0: \u00e0 peine 3,7 secondes\u00a0! Sur le march\u00e9, rares sont les SUV \u00e0 se montrer aussi rapides\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9tonnant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la conduite, c\u2019est tout simplement bluffant et la Mach-E GT r\u00e9pond aux plus l\u00e9g\u00e8res sollicitations du pied droit avec une rapidit\u00e9 d\u00e9concertante, particuli\u00e8rement avec le mode de conduite Untamed, le plus radical. R\u00e9gler le moindre d\u00e9passement ne devient alors plus qu\u2019une simple formalit\u00e9. \u00c9videmment, le poids d\u00e9passant les 2,2 tonnes ne fait pas de la Mustang Mach-E GT une ballerine. Les lois de la physique restent ce qu\u2019elles sont, mais un freinage renforc\u00e9 et une suspension adaptative offrent une conduite sereine, avec un filtrage n\u00e9anmoins assez ferme.<\/p>\n<p>En cycle WLTP, l\u2019autonomie atteint les 490 km. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, compte tenu de la consommation rencontr\u00e9e lors de notre essai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans des conditions mixtes, il faudrait tabler sur 400 km, ce qui demeure une tr\u00e8s belle valeur. En sus, aux clients qui recherchent encore davantage d\u2019autonomie, Ford offre le choix avec une variante propulsion dont le rayon d\u2019action grimpe \u00e0 600 km WLTP.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bilan fleet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aux qualit\u00e9s de la Mustang Mach-E (style, autonomie, habitabilit\u00e9, info-divertissement \u00a0\u00e0 la pointe\u2026), la GT apporte un brin de folie avec des performances d\u00e9tonantes.
